By accessing or using the SHARP™ Leadership Academy website, courses, programs, or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose of the Academy

The SHARP™ Leadership Academy, operated by Sharp Mind, Sharp Style Strategy Inc., provides leadership education, consulting, and professional development.
Our goal is to advance ethical, equitable, and inclusive leadership grounded in the SHARP™ values: Standards, Honesty, Alignment, Resilience, and Presence.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All SHARP™ materials — including frameworks, visuals, lessons, PDFs, and branding — are protected intellectual property of Sharp Mind, Sharp Style Strategy Inc.
Reproduction, resale, or distribution of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use SHARP™ materials for their own professional development. Any sharing, copying, public posting, recording, or distribution to non-members is prohibited without written consent. We reserve the right to monitor and protect against unauthorized use.

4. User Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, or unethical conduct.

Login credentials may not be shared. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or account sharing may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Professional Conduct & Ethics

The SHARP™ Leadership Academy is an inclusive and professional learning environment.
All participants — including students, faculty, coaches, and collaborators — are expected to demonstrate integrity, respect, and fairness at all times.

a. Respect and Collegial Behaviour

Every member of the SHARP™ community must treat others with dignity and professionalism.
We expect courteous communication, open-minded discussion, and cooperation across all levels of engagement.

b. Non-Discrimination & Equity

Discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.
We are committed to creating a culture of equity, voice, and psychological safety.

c. Gender Equality & Inclusion

SHARP™ Faculty and participants must actively promote gender equity and inclusion.
Biased comments, gender stereotyping, or exclusionary practices will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal.

d. Sexual Harassment & Misconduct

Sexual harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, digital, or implied — is zero-tolerance within the Academy.
This includes unwanted comments, advances, suggestive behavior, or abuse of authority.
All allegations will be investigated promptly and may result in immediate termination of membership, participation, or employment.

e. Reporting Misconduct

Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or misconduct is encouraged to contact:

We will review and respond to all reports with care, confidentiality, and fairness.

6. Membership Terms

Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
Renewals occur automatically on a monthly or annual basis, and cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date.

7. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Kajabi’s integrated processors (Stripe or PayPal).
All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes (GST/HST) may apply.

8. No Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting [email protected]  to resolve concerns in good faith.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sharp Mind, Sharp Style Strategy Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of Academy materials.
All programs are provided “as is,” without warranty of results.

9A. No Professional Guarantees
While SHARP™ programs are built to enhance leadership capability, results vary based on individual commitment and organizational context. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, promotions, or performance improvements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharp Mind, Sharp Style Strategy Inc., its directors, team members, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Academy resources.

This includes claims arising from decisions, actions, or behaviors taken based on interpretations of SHARP™ educational content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any participant who breaches these Terms, disrupts the learning environment, or violates our Code of Conduct or Equity Policy.

Termination due to policy violations does not entitle a refund, credit, or future access to materials.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.

12A. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, we encourage informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, unless prohibited by law.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new programs or compliance requirements.
