1. Overview

At SHARP™ Leadership Academy, we are deeply committed to providing exceptional value through our leadership programs, membership tiers, and digital tools. Our materials are designed to deliver measurable transformation when fully engaged with.

Because our programs include immediate access to proprietary resources and digital intellectual property, all sales are considered final once purchase is completed.

2. Digital Products & Memberships

All digital courses, downloads, and memberships (including Core, Plus, Premium, and Founder’s Circle tiers) are non-refundable.

Upon payment, members gain instant access to exclusive materials, frameworks, and monthly leadership content. For this reason, we cannot provide refunds or partial credits for unused time or early cancellation.

If you wish to cancel future billing, you may do so anytime before your next renewal date through your Kajabi account or by emailing [email protected] .

3. Live or Cohort-Based Programs

For any live SHARP™ events, workshops, or corporate pilot programs:

• Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase (and prior to program start) may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus administrative fees.

• Once a program has started or materials have been distributed, no refunds will be issued.

• Program spots may, however, be transferred to another eligible participant with written approval.

4. Coaching Packages & Consulting Engagements

All SHARP™ Executive Coaching and Consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement between Sharp Mind, Sharp Style Strategy Inc. and the client organization.

Refunds are not provided once strategic materials, audits, or sessions have commenced. Schedule changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid session forfeiture.

5. Billing Issues

If you believe a payment was made in error or have duplicate billing, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] .
We will review and respond within 5 business days.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving verified technical errors or duplicate transactions, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

7. Policy Updates

Sharp Mind, Sharp Style Strategy Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to reflect business updates, legal compliance, or evolving program structures.
