3 - The Reporting Channel (Your "Integrity Portal"):

Access: Reports may be submitted via the dedicated portal  or via direct email to [email protected].

Confidentiality: Every report is treated with the highest level of professional discretion. We prioritize the protection of the reporter’s identity while ensuring the issue is effectively audited.

4 - The Resolution Process:

Acknowledge: Every report will be acknowledged within [e.g., 48 hours].

Audit & Debug: As a Governance Architect, I will perform a neutral assessment of the facts, ensuring that the resolution aligns with our SHARP™ principles of Presence, Resilience, and Alignment.

Feedback Loop: Where appropriate, the reporter will be updated on the status of the investigation, ensuring that the governance "loop" is closed.

5 - Non-Retaliation Policy:

Integrity is our core product. We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Any attempt to suppress an integrity report will be treated as a severe breach of governance and will trigger an immediate architectural audit of the organization.
